Terms of Service
Effective date: August 12, 2026
These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of Trips eSIM. Trips eSIM is operated by LULU TREND LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
1. Seller and contact
The seller is LULU TREND LLC, Delaware File Number 5311893, at 4266 Phlox Pl, Flushing, NY 11355, United States. Contact support@tripsimgo.com or +1 302-312-3205. Support responds within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays.
2. Digital eSIM products
We sell one-time, prepaid digital travel eSIM plans. Each product has plan-specific data, validity, coverage, activation, hotspot, call, SMS, top-up, fair-usage, speed, and provider terms. Read the product page before purchase. Nothing is physically shipped.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide a correct checkout email address; use a device that supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked; follow the product's activation and installation instructions; keep activation details confidential; and use the service lawfully. Install before travel when the plan instructions allow it, but do not enable or activate a plan earlier than its product-specific activation policy permits. Do not delete an installed eSIM unless support specifically instructs you to do so.
4. Coverage and performance
Coverage depends on the purchased plan, roaming partners, compatible radio bands, local network conditions, location, congestion, maintenance, device settings, and provider policies. References to 4G, LTE, or 5G describe supported maximum network capability where reported by the provider; they are not guarantees of availability, speed, latency, or uninterrupted service. Carrier or network names do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
5. Orders, payment, and delivery
Prices are displayed in USD unless the storefront states otherwise. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. We do not claim EU or UK VAT registration. After successful payment confirmation, our system immediately sends the supplier request. Delivery is usually completed by email within five minutes after payment confirmation and supplier processing, but payment review, supplier processing, availability, system issues, or email delays can take longer. Contact support if delivery has not arrived within 12 hours.
6. Immediate digital performance and withdrawal
At cart, you are asked to actively request immediate digital delivery after payment and acknowledge that, once performance begins, a statutory withdrawal right may end to the extent permitted by applicable law. This acknowledgement does not limit remedies for faulty or nonconforming digital content or any other mandatory right.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Because payment immediately triggers the supplier API request, paid orders normally cannot be cancelled or modified. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy, including its 14-day request window, unused-product rules, technical-fault review, and mandatory-rights savings clause.
8. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We or a network provider may restrict service when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, network security, unlawful conduct, or provider rules.
9. Privacy
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Our Privacy Policy explains how order, account, payment-related, device/browser, support, security, and usage information is processed and shared with the service providers required to operate the store and deliver an eSIM. Because Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify also processes information to provide enhanced services informed by interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify, including personalization, product and performance improvements, analytics, and more relevant advertising. The Privacy Policy explains the available privacy choices and links to Shopify's privacy information.
10. Service changes and availability
We may correct errors, update product information, or stop offering a plan. We do not automatically substitute a different plan after purchase without appropriate customer communication and a lawful basis. Supplier-request ambiguity must not trigger a duplicate purchase request.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Governing law and forum
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, and disputes may be brought in Delaware, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Consumers retain any mandatory law, remedy, or court forum available in their home jurisdiction.
13. Incorporated policies and changes
The Refund Policy, eSIM Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy form part of these Terms. We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a new effective date and content version. The version presented at purchase remains the version recorded with that order, except where a mandatory law requires otherwise.
