This Privacy Policy explains how LULU TREND LLC processes personal information through Trips eSIM at https://tripsimgo.com. Trips eSIM is operated by LULU TREND LLC.

Information we process

  • Account and contact information, such as name, email, phone number, billing address, and customer-account details.
  • Order and transaction information, such as the purchased plan, price, currency, order status, and payment confirmation. Payment providers process full payment credentials; we do not need you to send full card details to support.
  • Device, browser, network, cookie, security, and storefront-usage information made available by Shopify and related infrastructure.
  • Fulfillment information required to order, provision, deliver, install, and support an eSIM.
  • Support communications, non-sensitive screenshots, troubleshooting details, refund requests, and dispute records.

Why we process it

We use information to operate the storefront; complete checkout and payment; prevent fraud and abuse; submit supplier orders; provision and deliver eSIMs; provide installation and customer support; process eligible refunds; keep accounting and business records; secure the service; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Service providers and other recipients

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We share information only as reasonably needed with Shopify, payment providers, MobiMatter, relevant mobile-network and provisioning parties, Resend, infrastructure and security providers, professional advisers, and governmental or legal recipients when required by law. These parties may be located in other countries and process information under their own terms, our instructions where applicable, or legal obligations.

Shopify Network Intelligence

We have enabled Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify therefore processes customer information together with other Shopify data to provide enhanced commerce services informed by interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify. These services can help us and Shopify provide a more personalized experience, improve products and store performance, understand interactions with our store and advertising, and show more relevant advertising. Other merchants cannot access our customer data.

Advertising, analytics, sale, and sharing

We do not currently use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, or comparable merchant-installed third-party advertising or analytics pixels on the storefront. We do not receive money in exchange for personal information. However, Shopify Network Intelligence may process activity across this store, other merchants, and Shopify for enhanced services, including advertising personalization. Under some U.S. state laws, some of this processing can be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising." Where required, use our Your Privacy Choices page, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, or the Shopify Privacy Portal to opt out. If our tools or practices change, we will review the privacy configuration and update this policy before activating materially different tracking.

Cookies and customer privacy controls

Shopify and necessary service providers use cookies or similar technologies for storefront operation, checkout, security, preferences, analytics, personalization, advertising, and platform functions. The cookie banner and Your Privacy Choices page, when shown, are controlled through Shopify's customer-privacy settings. Their available choices depend on location and the store configuration. Shopify states that it respects choices transmitted through these automated controls for Shopify Network Intelligence, including applicable advertising opt-outs and non-essential-cookie consent choices.

International transfers

Our providers and network partners operate internationally. Information may therefore be processed outside your country. Where required, we and our providers rely on recognized safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Retention

We retain information for periods reasonably necessary for fulfillment, installation support, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, legal compliance, and enforcing agreements. Retention differs by data category and legal requirement. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to backups and lawful retention duties.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, an appeal, or a complaint to a regulator. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions. Email support@tripsimgo.com to make a request. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority before responding.

Children

The store is not directed to children who cannot lawfully enter a purchase contract. We do not knowingly request unnecessary information from children.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
