Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Trips eSIM eSIM products. Trips eSIM is operated by LULU TREND LLC.

You must not use an eSIM or the related services to violate law; facilitate fraud, harassment, abuse, malware, unauthorized access, intellectual-property infringement, or network attacks; interfere with a provider or other customer; resell service without written permission; bypass plan, hotspot, fair-usage, territorial, or technical limits; or expose installation credentials to an unauthorized person.

Trips eSIM does not require a KYC identity-document check to purchase or activate its travel eSIMs. Applicable laws and the acceptable-use restrictions in this policy still apply.

Plans can be subject to supplier, roaming-partner, local-law, fair-usage, and traffic-management rules. We or a relevant provider may restrict or suspend affected service when reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, security, fraud, material abuse, or provider obligations.

Enforcement does not remove any refund or consumer remedy that must remain available under applicable law. Report suspected abuse to support@tripsimgo.com. Do not include unnecessary personal data or activation secrets.
