Installation Guide

Use the instructions delivered with your specific plan. Menu names vary by device and operating-system version.

1. Before purchase, confirm that the exact device model supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
2. Connect the phone to reliable Wi-Fi. Open the secure install link on the phone that will use the eSIM, scan the QR code from another screen, or enter the supplied SM-DP+ address and activation code manually.
3. Label the new line so it is easy to distinguish from your primary SIM.
4. Follow the product's activation policy. Installing and activating are not always the same event, and enabling the plan too early can start validity on some products.
5. At the destination, select the travel eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming for that eSIM when required by the plan instructions.
6. Keep the original SIM configured as desired for calls and messages, while avoiding unintended home-carrier roaming charges.

Do not delete an installed eSIM unless support explicitly instructs you to do so; many eSIMs cannot be installed a second time. If installation fails, contact support@tripsimgo.com before deleting the plan.
